1st attempt making figurines out of polymer clay! ^^

Yay! Went to Popular bookshop today to see whether there's anything interesting to buy with bro and mum. I saw this Steadtler stand. They were selling their products. Most of them were clays. I had long wanted to buy polymer clay coz think it's fun and cute but it's a little too expensive for me... There's this girl making figurines out of clay at the stand so I went to check it out. Stood there watching how she make all those figurines until I saw my mum. I pulled her there to take a look. I actually thought that she would just take a glance and leave but the opposite happened. She actually stood there quite a long time with her 'Oh My! That's interesting!' eye. Haha
She also agreed to buy one for me! WooHoo! (I didn't wish to spend my money... haha)
Soon after we got home, I opened the pack

and started making... My first "mission" was to make a minion. So I went to Youtube and google to see how minions look like and ow they were made. 

I actually thought that the word 'soft' printed on the package means that it's easy to turn soft but... It actually feels like 'soften rock'... HAHA. I kept rolling the clay in my hands but it just couldn't get soft... After about 1/2 hour I then really start to think... Since after rolling and pinching it in my hands doesn't work, maybe it really not meant to be soft. -_-
